Agree it wasn't fair, but it was correct in that there probably wasn't a better team for a rookie QB to play on. SF is loaded.

His throws look a lot better, That deep ball he threw in the first half (that Aiyuk, stopped running, and was incomplete) was a hell of a ball. Not sure he could throw a ball that nice, that long in college.

He has some ridiculous playmakers on his team, it’s ok to acknowledge that.
I look at it like this. You're a chef with great fresh ingredients but if you don't know WTF you are doing your dish isn't going turn out that great.
San Fran was the perfect place for him to land. But he hasn't just managed games...he's made really great plays. Honestly he's to the point where everyone is ******** about his bad 1st half, which wasn't great but was far from the worst half a QB has ever played.
Who knows? I feel like a lot of people are waiting for the other shoe to drop. And it hasn't yet. He's just playing really good.
No matter what he's solidified himself in the NFL. I've often said that a backup QB in the NFL is the best job in the world.
