The more than their paycheck thing does confuse me though. When they say it's only for the employee and one person in their household, does that mean the amount those two can eat? If you have a kid working at hy-vee for beer money, wouldn't you have them buy your groceries for you to get 10% off and reimburse them? What about the couple who one has a well paying job and they have 3 kids in school so the other spouse works 4-5 hours a day just to have something to do and build money for college funds? I know these are the rare things, but the more than their paycheck doesn't seem like a biggie to me possibly.
They said they knew there were issues with feed back from employees, so they obviously have fellow employees turning others in, just fire the abusers and move on.
