Not exactly sure.
Our players look tired. They are getting beat up on any drives and getting drilled with moving screens and others things. You can see it’s taking a toll on them and it’s getting tired. Ever notice that we drive at the beginning of the game and then get beat up, get no calls and then stop driving or don’t go as deep if we do.

The players are throwing their hands up and looking at the refs when they get roughed up wanting a call, no complaining just looking. Once again this I’m going to hug it out with the officials is another reason why our O goes stagnant due to no calls early. I not saying a T, but once I’d like to see TJ stand up for his players getting beat up.

There is zero reason for them to be tired. TJ substitutes at the 16 minute mark every game with Bob and maybe a few others. Today it was Bob, Grill and King. And then does it again 4 minutes later.

Two others (Watson/Ward) aren't even playing anymore since Kunc........who shouldn't be tired having missed the month of January.

I would think if anyone would see this "tired" in players it would be their coach. He doesn't seem too concerned.

Between us looking like dog **** and Iowa completing a historic comeback to win both within the same hour, this has been a bad day.
Yeah, I'm going to tune in till the end of Oklahoma State/K- State for monetary reasons, but after that I'm done with basketball today

If Ok State wins today, and we lose out, it's a possibility.
We will be the 7th seed. Even with a win on Monday. As OSU has the tiebreaker versus us. Need TCU to lose at OU or home versus Texas. But if we are the #7 seed we might at least get a W.

I don't care. You asked for homework on such a "stupid statement".......and I did it.

We may get in even if we lose out. I hope so. But with a 17-14 record with our trajectory........I "wouldn't bet the farm on it".
No you didn’t do it. You’re looking through one lens. Seriously. Take some time and look at the teams 7-12 seed in projected brackets and compare resumes even if we lose out. We aren’t going to fall below NET 30.

Yeah, these "preseason" games don't mean anything, any way right? No need to risk getting hurt. We'll just flip a switch.

The problem is ISU might be the least talented team in the Big 12 and every team has the scouting report. 17-15 looks very possible with this team right now.

After seeing Dennis Evans get out of NLI with ease from Minnesota yesterday, it’s certainly possible.

Yup saw that yesterday and the cyclone fan in me instantly started to worry about our five star. At least we aren’t a complete dumpster fire like Minnesota.

It’s said that these guys practice hard, very hard. If you lose your legs, it’s hard to get them back without a break. Once that happens you mentally start to tire out. It doesn’t matter if they sub for you within a few minutes, if you don’t feel like you have your legs under you, you will be dragging after a couple runs up and down the court.

The team has hit a wall for whatever reason. It happens, team either come together or fall apart this time of year, playing teams for the second time, it's hard to fool anyone. By now everyone know each teams strengths and their weaknesses. That is what is really amazing about teams like KU, they continue to get better down the stretch when the pressure is on. Past ISU teams were like that, they learned how to grind teams, not hitting 3 pointers, then we go into the paint, just outwork your opponent, taking nothing for granted.

Today, we should have been out to 15-to-20-point lead, even the announcers were saying this lead is only 5 points and feels like it is 15. I really thought early in the year, this team had the killer instinct to put teams away, but since blowing the TT lead, it's becoming a matter of if, not will, we blow the lead.

These guys are exhausted physically and mentally. Playing the type of defense we want to play wears on you. When you only play 8 guys in the first half and 7 guys in the 2nd half it's no wonder.
