Well I'm glad he didn't get in trouble with the law or anything at least.

Mental health is no joke, hopefully we welcome him back when he's ready and the trolls lay off him.

This kid isn't even from Iowa and watched all of ISUs games before going here was even an option, an actual fan of the cyclones.

Of course it is, I guess we'll see what the actual story is when it comes, will probably be just as absurd.

People talk about not biting the hand the feeds you, that can go both ways. This coaching staff better be careful of not running off players for ridiculous reasons. See Blake Hinson, Tristan Enaruna......

Start running off guys for petty **** and all of a sudden you are 3-15, not 8-10 and your job isn't secure much longer.
Mods, ban this man. Please and thank you.

Whatever he said or did must have been pretty bad to get kicked off. Would have thought a suspension would have been more likely. He seems to take responsibility though so I will trust those involved. Really sucks as I think him being hurt has been a big issue the second half of the season.

I'm thinking it was the whole I was perfectly fine until I drank that 14th beer phenomenon when in reality beer 13 may have been an issue too.

We don't know all the details yet with Grill, but just thinking through the last ten or so years and all the locker room/team chemistry issues we've had. McKay, BDJ, Lard, Wiggington, Grill...and those are just top of my head. Seems like so much drama almost every year with players in this program all the way back to the Hoiberg years. Is there a common thread or problem here or do we just have really crappy luck?
It’s common , and overall Hoiberg teams had less drama than most
