If they win and ISU advances, we'd be facing the 129th rated team in KenPom (worst remaining team in the tournament besides 16-seed Fairleigh Dickinson) instead of Xavier who is 15th in KenPom.

These teams also have to fight the attention and glory of the upset for a couple days.

Obvious St Peters and years back George Mason show it can be done, but it seems like the vast majority lose after the big opening upset.

Which will be evidence that Kenpom doesn't matter for 40 minutes.
