If he’s starting or even playing big minutes, T.J. needs to donate his salary back to the school.
If you don’t think he is going to be playing next year, you are delusional. I don’t think he should, but I would almost guarantee he does.

I’ve said it all season, I LOVE TJ but his in game coaching is atrocious. For us to have not called a timeout for 13 minutes after scoring 6 points to regroup is unacceptable.

Agreed.

Everyone has a boss but it feels like coaches often get away with being given "things you need to improve on". Jamie could objectively bring up a slew of film, starting or ending with today, and say "you need to do better in the game". Why did you do this?

It always feels like it's "you are awesome here's a bag of money", or "you stink and you are fired". Why can't coaches be critiqued on performance and given some expectations like any other employee?

Should hapeen, but it won't.
