Returning AAs per weight:
125-3
133-6
141-7
149-6
157-7
165-7
174-6
184-5
197-4
285-6

Not to mention many other qualifiers, R12 and R16 at all weights. We have a very good and deep room 125-174, an AA in Bastida, Broderson who showed signs, though few, at the end of the year, and a big question mark at 285 or 197 depending on Bastida.

Ideally Redding and Swiderski can maintain their current weights, Terukina comes back fully recovered, Johnson and Kraisser keep on their upward trajectories, David remains his incredible self, Gaitan gets consistency to go with his phenomenal talent, Broderson finds another level not having to cut as much weight, and Bastida gets better at mat wrestling and comes back better than ever.

There’s a lot to be excited about already for next year. That said, Nevills or Slavikouski would seem like a very welcome addition.

Similar to this.. it would be interesting to know how many graduate at each weight

Traux and Nevills make a TON of sense for ISU. One year instant impact guys at weights we really don’t have much of any options. Hopefully staff is going hard for these two guys.

Truax is going to take significant $$$ and the competition will be fierce.

I'm not sure Nevills is in the "need" category, he has only wrestled like 10 matches in the past three years, and the results aren't very impressive

I think maybe some people are getting him confused with his brother AJ

He’s from Penn state and wrestled kerkfliet in the room. That says enough for me. It’s just weird because we haven’t seen schon wrestling in any tournaments or anything so we don’t know how good he is

I’m 100% in agreement with this.

Schon has done some tournaments and he destroys the small to average-sized heavies but struggles with the big guys.
Keep building him with Durbin, and his strength and athleticism will overcome the really big boys.

There was also an older Nevills at PSU who AA'd several years ago. And while I'm in agreement with your sentiment that this is not a huge "need", I do believe Seth was widely considered to the best of the 3 coming out of HS, where he had 4 CA State titles and only one loss. He's just not really had an opportunity at PSU and I'm frankly shocked he didn't transfer sooner.

He’s be a nice guy to add to the room, but not really someone you’d want to put much time or money into. Potential, but he’s had enough results to show where he’s at and it looks like borderline NCAA Q.

Save the NIL for Bernie and Griffith (assuming he enters the portal)
