So Fred legit stopped recruiting essentially during the year. Burton showed up and that was it. It was known pretty early that Fred wasn’t going to be there the next year.
We definitely would’ve landed a couple of our key targets had Fred stayed and been committed to recruiting. We also would’ve been able to get some big transfers.
All in all, it is what it is at that point. Regardless of who the coach was, Naz still was going to sit out that next year with his hip surgery and Hallice Cooke was going to be limited due to his own hip surgery that he just had. Hallice ended up being an okay rotational piece but before his surgery at Oregon State, he was a stud and he’d have helped out a ton.
