Ken Miller insinuated today that Dekkers might be out for non-gambling reasons.
Would that be injury or grades? Hmmmmm. I don’t know how grade smart Dekkers is. In todays world it’s almost importing dip below a gpa. To much help

You’re giving us a pretty good example of how it might be possible…Would that be injury or grades? Hmmmmm. I don’t know how grade smart Dekkers is. In todays world it’s almost importing dip below a gpa. To much help

“We ain’t come to play school, classes are pointless.”Would that be injury or grades? Hmmmmm. I don’t know how grade smart Dekkers is. In todays world it’s almost importing dip below a gpa. To much help
Fify“We ain’t come to play school, classes is pointless.”
I think Ken was alluding to just the rumors about Dekkers not being a great leader/locker room guy.Ken Miller insinuated today that Dekkers might be out for non-gambling reasons.
was he buying scratchers? lotto ticket?
What are the odds the DCI report gets released before fall camp starts (less than a month away)? What are the odds the DCI report gets released mid Big12 media days, right before Campbell goes up for his presser?
If I understand the rules correctly and the DCI has not released its report by the start of the season (so no official knowledge of rules broken) and we play them, it is still an issue correct? What are the odds the DCI report gets released before fall camp starts (less than a month away)?
With the players rumored to be involved, the way in which the team and staff prepares for the season could be completely altered by the report and subsequent suspensions/no suspensions.
Feels like the longer this thing is drawn out for - the more impact it'll have on the season and prep for the season.
Correct. That is what happened with the Iowa Baseball players. If I understand the rules correctly and the DCI has not released its report by the start of the season (so no official knowledge of rules broken) and we play them, it is still an issue correct?
The questions/comments will be thinly veiled about the "backup QB" competition, and the need for a backup and anything can happen, etc.So July 13 (just a couple days away now) Matt Campbell meets the press at Big 12 media days. The ELEPHANT get addressed then as to QB situation or how will it be worded?
Exactly. The questions/comments will be thinly veiled about the "backup QB" competition, and the need for a backup and anything can happen, etc.
It’ll be a lot of “there’s a lot of competition within that group right now, we have some really good young guys and players we feel comfortable with there.”The questions/comments will be thinly veiled about the "backup QB" competition, and the need for a backup and anything can happen, etc.
Who knows what dumb questions will be asked if Randy Pete is there.Exactly.
1 - There is nothing known right now by anybody but the players and the DCI with regards to any potential crimes and/or betting activities. Only the "preliminary" names were provided to ISU. No further conversations between players and coaches are allowed on that subject.
2 - The questions will likely be pretty open ended and softball.
3 - Coach speak is to always say something like "we have more depth at the QB position than we've ever had and if there were scenarios where a player couldn't participate due to injury or anything else, it's next man up, that's why we practice".
Yes, I’m sure “honor before victory” was about a college student placing bets on NBA games. Great pointJust curious, is anyone really interested in supporting any player who has gone to the lengths to break rules that have been insinuated here?
Remember that “Honor before victory“ thing before answering.
"Coach, do you use one knife or two knives when making a PBJ sandwich? And how does that influence your recruiting strategy?"Who knows what dumb questions will be asked if Randy Pete is there.
