Anyone remember the game programs that had a wall poster of different ISU MBB players as a center fold? If I remember correctly, every home game had a different poster/player.

Apologies for this random post; boring Monday and too hot to be outside.

Want to say I have a Shawn Bankhead somewhere but could be totally misremembering. Thinking I might have a few (Cato) from that era if we’re talking about the same thing.

Very interesting b/c I don’t remember them from that era but that doesn’t mean they didn’t exist then.

I was referring to Johnny Orr era. They were B&W and I remember my cousin having a bedroom wall Covered in them. All around the Jeff Hornaceck time frame.

I had a Big Vic on my wall.

I had a bunch from about 88-93 and my Dad trashed them all about 10 years ago...I was not happy.

I actually have the Johnny Orr one up in my garage. Found it in a box of random old things and put it right up.

IIRC, they phased out around 2004 or 2005. The full programs were ditched in favor of flip cards with the player on one side and rosters on the other.

Those bring on some nostalgia. I had a Hoiberg poster, which was like hitting the jackpot (sorry, I didn't need another Jason Kimbrough poster). My parents and I ran into him at Burger King after the game. He signed it, and it hung in my room for the next 15 years. My mom threw it out when my parents moved. I was a little pissed.
