I am not likely to renew my tickets. Sure I could update everything. But I am the customer and I can make that choice. I know there are not many like me who stands on this principle but I don't think I am the only one.

I am not a big booster. I doubt anyone within the Iowa State athletic department knows my name. I know they haven't responded to my two emails on this topic and that is another of my frustrations as a customer.

For reference, In the end I spend $15-$20k a year with ISU. It will not hurt me one bit to step back and save the money. I have been a two tickets season ticket holder for years and I attend at least one road game a season.

Don't "cancel" Iowa State because this is 100% Ticketmaster's doing. All of these ticket platforms are moving to live tickets, it's 100% unavoidable. Yes, it sucks and it's nothing more than a money grab but it's not changing.

You should be able to screenshot that parking pass, believe the 'live' non-screenshot tickets are only for the game.

ETA - otherwise, just pull it up on the website/app before getting off the highway. Parking passes shouldn't have the service issues that you would typically have entering the game (especially if you pull them up before you get to Elwood).
Emailed the ticket office and included my screen shot. My problem is I want to transfer to a friend and reluctant to share login. I use the same login for too many sites. Will post the response I get from the ticket office

Why would you need to share login? I don't understand why you won't just call the ticket office number and speak to someone about it. You could have this taken care of in less time than it took to post on here. Then you just transfer the tickets to the other person's email.

Shouldn't the account just be an email address?

I've done email is there a link to connect if you transfer thru text?
yes, if you are in the app, just choose text versus email and it will allow you to choose from existing contacts in your phone or add a new one. Once you do that, it creates an SMS with the link to accept. I prefer this method because you have visual proof that it was sent and received by the person you meant it to be versus an email where you just have a sent item.

you're a candidate for Dashlane password manager.

Is the friend you are sharing it with technically savvy? You can transfer electronically and they'd just need to create a ticketmaster account to access it.

I’m not getting the option to transfer. The transfer and sell buttons are shaded out Chose email so that they could see what I’m seeing on MY screen. On the screenshot look at the very bottom. As it is now I would have to let them login to my account

Is it possible those single purchase/game parking passes are not available for resale/transfer? Just an idea, as I wouldn't know (season parking pass). If only there was a way you could actually talk to a live person about it...

I just tried to transfer a General Parking permit and it won’t let me. Get a circle with line through it. It would let me transfer my season parking pass but I don’t want to do it that way

Help

This is what I get. Notice the transfer and sell boxes at the bottom are shaded and not an option

I know this will sound super dumb, but try making sure you're logged into the app. Or log out, clear the cache for the app, and log back in.

I've found the ISU app to be a bit buggy and weird sometimes in the way it interacts with Ticketmaster. It will show me as logged in, then not show my tickets, weird stuff like that. Almost always, I simply need to log in again and everything is fine.

I also have a couple of single-game public lot parking passes (in addition to my reserved parking) and I have the option to transfer or sell all of it. So I don't think it's a matter of public parking passes not being transferable.

The answer from athletic department is that it is a Ticketmaster problem. Cannot save to wallet/ transfer/sell through cyclones.com. Must go through Ticketmaster. Something they are trying to correct
