His cholesterol.

NIL-related beer sales. I was hinting at his stubborn refusal to allow beer sales to the general public @ Jack Trice. Lord knows we're a stingy fanbase- unless alcohol is involved.

Get the faithful boozed up and then pass the boot like a Texas League home run tradition

Goes on sale to the public tomorrow. Today was an early release for folks on the premium board.

The early releases were mistakes by certain stores, except for a special event at Cyclone Liquors tonight with the West O and We Will leaders. We got samples, but we could not walk out with six-packs until tomorrow.

Didn't see it at Ankeny Hy-Vee, so picked up the Peacetree Trice beer. Pretty good stuff

I'm not arguing anything man, I'm saying Jamie is pretty deadset on the family atmosphere of his venues and he's not wanting to change that. He fears the 12 year old getting beer spilt on them from behind. The odds are the parent of that 12 year old (on average) is not spilling the beer. We are all aware of the financial impact. Pollard knows dang well what it could bring in. I don't think his standard will change. I do truly believe Jamie Pollard is a straight up family guy and as long as he holds the keys his venues will be family friendly. He can't control beer on the outside, but he can control beer on the inside. Letting fans go outside at halftime is his way of meeting in the middle.

I'm not going to pay $12 for a beer in a sporting venue, but plenty of people will.

Or he knows it’ll bring well less than 1% of extra revenue to the AD and could cause more issues than it’s worth. Plus it tears down one big advantage for high priced (crappy) seats in the SEZ.

I really don’t think this is Jamie’s personal opinion, he thinks the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.

For people complaining about the price, Hy-Vee’s build your own 6 pack is up to $13.99 now so $11.99 for this isn’t too bad…especially when some goes to We Will.

Or these people have never bought craft beer before. It’s more pricy than **** domestic beer. Figured everyone who even buys any alcohol would be aware of that.

Nothing at Marshalltown Hy-Vee last night. :(

Is the vodka out yet? I couldn't find that either.

None of the ISU beers at Denison HyVee Liquor yesterday. I'm going to have to stop again today or tomorrow and check.
