Other than redshirts, the 24-25 season is the last year we'll see covid super-seniors. Because of that, schools will suddenly have a lot of roster openings in 2025. Some of that will likely be filled by players transferring up from lower levels, but I also expect a lot of competition for the class of 2025.

Jordan Ode posted a picture on Instagram with logos of her offers, and ISU was included. I updated the table accordingly.
She has a ton of VERY good offers to pick from!
Illinois, Colorado, Drake, Marquette, Penn State, Iowa State, Wisconsin, Creighton, Tennessee among others. Screenshot 2023-07-26 at 4.34.34 PM-1.png

Well, would seem to have nabbed a good one there. Seems her teammate was racking up the offers but she was higher "ranked".

Jordan Speiser, Houston's teammate on AIA, is still considering us along with other highly rated players.

Another teammate 2024 Top 100 Tanke has been a Clone, and now a commit, for years. As apparently, Journey has been a Hawk.

I believe Boxster was referencing Divine Bourrage, Houston's teammate at Davenport North - ISU offered both on the same day in 2021. We want to hold our own when competing with Bluder for the in-state talent.

I was. She has bunch of offers, way more than her higher ranked teammate that committed to Iowa. Interesting that she is leaving AIA to play Illinois AAU next year. Info swiped from an Iowa fan thread. They were speculating that her leaving AIA means she's headed outside of Iowa for college but who knows.

Surfin' around the internet this morning. Hope this isn't redundant (didn't read back through the whole thread) but seems everyone has offered 2025 Alaskan center Layla Hays. Wonder how the PAC 12 north moving to the Big Ten impacts her choice? Nine Big Ten offers and five Big 12. Ours is the best Big 12 and maybe KSU considering they developed Ayoka Lee. Maryland is Maryland and Iowa has their history of post play the last ten years (although they have a high ranked post in their 2024 class).

Lady Phenom: What is the list of offers you currently hold?
Hays: Eastern Washington, TCU, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa State, Nebraska, Gonzaga, Illinois, Iowa, Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Alabama, Utah, Northwestern, Wisconsin, San Diego, Minnesota, Washington, North Carolina, Colorado, Maryland, and Kansas State.

Yeah. I was fleshing out other possible recruits because I believe neither Davenport players are coming to Iowa State.

Bourrage is the much better prospect of the two, IMO. Really good player.
