Former UNI assistant. He now works at Iowa State.
You know, I remember the rumors, but was there ever an official press release that Crawford was hired to be on the MBB staff?

Suppose this makes Davis a "3"?
Updated with the offer info, and I bumped her to a 3.

Basically, here's my numerical methodology:
  • 1 means they are followed (on instagram and/or twitter) by either two assistants or Bill and zero assistants.
  • 2 means they are followed by all three assistants, or by Bill and one assistant (which is Davis' situation -- Bill and Jodi), or sometimes a 1 with other info will be bumped up with other info (for example, if they are followed by the official ISU WBB account or Carper or Hatfield).
  • 3 means they are followed by Bill and at least two of the three assistants. I don't usually bump anyone up from 2 to 3 who doesn't match this qualification, but I'll do it with Davis. I'm guessing Latoja and/or Billy will start following her shortly anyway.

The flaw in this is that Bill doesn't have an active instagram account, so someone on instagram but not twitter can't ever be a 3.

A 2025 big I just read about from Webb City, MO per Springfield News-Leader:

Sami Mancini is just a sophomore but her measurables can make her one of the better prospects in the state. As a 6-foot-5 center, Mancini is going to have an opportunity to dominate as she moves forward after averaging a double-double last season.

The sophomore is going to capture a lot of attention with her height which is unmatched in addition to her athleticism around the basket. She has a bright future ahead and there should be big-time programs looking her way.

Post-season update in the Springfield News-Leader on the Webb City, MO post:

Sami Mancini, Webb City

Emerging as one of the top prospects in the area, Mancini started to dominate the Ozarks this past season as a 6-foot-5 center who is demanding Power 5 interest.

Mancini averaged 17 points and 12.3 rebounds per game this season to go along with 2.7 blocks. She was efficient inside with a 52.1% field goal percentage and she demanded a lot of attention every time she stepped on the floor.

The sophomore helped elevate Webb City from a 12-13 team a year ago to one that went 18-11 and was a threat in nearly every game it played this season. She’s a special one and her career is just getting started.
