OK, Iowa has a good defense. We all know that. We have not had the play calls to play to our strengths, if we have any. Predictable runs, qiuck outs, etc.

We haven't gone deep enough, maybe once or twice, but neither was too deep. Then we keep doing these quick out routes! I was just thinking it's a matter of time before Iowa picks one.

We appear to be short of firepower again this year. I don't see the kind of playmakers we've come up with in the past - Brock, Breece, Charlie, Hakeem etc. I don't think it's play-calling; I think it's personnel. Hopefully, Becht will continue to get better against top defenses but this half hasn't been noteworthy.

Let's get some momentum and compete, Clones. And no turnovers.
