I understand you’re trying to make it seem like this is just a reaction to losing to Iowa, but the coaching in that game was PAINFUL, and the play was, again, very mediocre. I don’t see 6 wins, which I imagine is probably this team’s ceiling, as all that interesting.

our best and worst plays came while I was drinking Ames Lager. However, I got sick of watching and went out and hit golf balls while listening to Jon and Eric while sipping Ames Lager. We won 10-0 while I was doing that. So in a way, this loss is my fault, since I didn't do that the entire afternoon.

We're not winning 10 games. How many of our drives started with a 2-yard loss on a run? At least a half dozen? Yes the OL needs work but it's mostly about BF being a horribly predictable playcaller. But I do agree our schedule is Jello pudding.

Well we always lose one nobody sees coming. So add Wisco, PSU, and that, and that puts us at 9 wins, tops. I also think Minney gets us this year. Maybe Nebby. Our HC and OC are big giant p*ssies, we're a 7-8 win team this year at best.

Sure he did. By the time I got back with our carry out and it was 20-13 I told wifey that Iowa deserved to lose with how our HC and OC were coaching. I would've been perfectly happy with ISU winning if it meant getting KF and BF closer to being out the door. But posting about the refs not calling enough penalties against Iowa is just weak sauce, refs had nothing to do with this one.

LMAO most of the posters in here are unbearable. We just played the best defense we’ll play all year, with a young, inexperienced offense, with new coaches. We’re going to take our lumps this year…that’s what happens when you have roster turnover. Those of you who are saying to fire any coaches are delusional. It’s game two.

I don’t buy that they will be the best defense we will play all year.
