I did not expect to get our ass kicked by KU 1.5 years into their rebuild. In the realm of “sports related emotional investment” - this is depressing and embarrassing. It took them no time at all to surpass us. Hard to let that sink in.

It's Leipold's 3rd season so dying on this hill only looks worse. They were decent last year and are better this year.

ISU was bad last year after unfounded success and are marginal this year.

If it's that hard to cope find something else to do.

Getting embarrassed at home by Kansas should never be acceptable. No excuses about being sick or young and inexperienced this week.
This isn’t your typical Kansas though. They are well coached, experienced, and have talent.

I mean the line is just getting worked.

Again, I think we got a little big for our britches but in hindsight we just beat three bad teams in Cincy, TCU and Baylor.

Kansas is a good team. This isn't the KU of 3 or 4 years ago.

More concerning than the who is the how. We are calling plays we can't block for, showing a complete lack of anticipation by the staff. Heacock has also refused to be more aggressive on D, making it easy for Bean.

KU isn't 20 points better than us, playing at home. Terrible job by the staff this week with thr game plan. That's concerning.
