When was our last really big win? Critical to win. Maybe Texas 2020?

Fiesta Bowl was critical IMHO given how few opportunities we've had...ditto for B12CCG.

1-1 in those. Would have really sucked to be that close and lose both of those.

You could argue the Kansas game was the next one because it was our first real chance since then to be in B12 title discussion late in a season.

Why did they go away from either Florida Tech or Citronauts? Each is better.

(I think there's some reasoning behind the Tech-to-Central Florida change, but I don't have time to explore right now).

There is a different Florida Tech that still goes by that name. But after President Kennedy announced the space race in 1962, NASA partnered with Florida state officials to build a technical college to deliver degrees that were directly applicable to the space industry in Florida. Later on, they added other disciplines (some at the request of Disney) and changed the name when the mission became less about what the space industry needed after the moon landing and government cuts to the department. According to their wikipedia page, students thought the Citronauts were a cheesy mascot (it was an orange in a space suit) and petitioned the administration to make a change.

Iowa with another great punt.
Rutgers trying to run up the middle is exahusting.
another false start on Rugters while.

Iowa gets another field position gift at mid field. unreal.

After they got away with a pretty blatant PI that wasn’t flagged.

I don't know how or why Iowa fans subject themselves to this garbage. Looking at 2nd straight Iowa game to have a scoreless first half.

I swear to god it's like both teams are intentionally running TOWARD contact. I just posted it's like kids with bumper cars intentionally just trying to run into each other. It's a different sport.
