Saw that TCU fumble coming from a mile away. Way too loose with the ball on that int.

Weird flex. So your schedule is getting harder, ours getting easier and honestly a better chance to play in a CFP over your Hawks. Give me our future over Iowa’s any day. If our champ wasn’t guaranteed a spot in the CFP ok? But I don’t see that going anywhere.
Not really a flex, just a simple truth that your schedule is going to get very soft beginning next season and Iowa's is going to get much tougher. You guys definitely have a much easier path to the CFP, 100%.

1 team with a pulse would make Iowa's schedule tougher.

The way you are typing/talking is in a laugh at you, flexing way. Iowa is about to become Mississippi State where they yell “S-E-C!” (In this case Big Ten) at the top of their lungs because they are part of the popular group. But the only reason they are at the popular group party is because the actual popular kids grew up with you from birth due to your parents being best friends.

Again, enjoy your schedule getting infinitely harder, never playing in the Big Ten Championship again, but hey, “We have Ohio State, Michigan, Oregon, etc! Who do you have?”

Georgia players are built different. Anyone who says stars don’t matter doesn’t get it.
Yeah good coaching can close the gap with bad/average coaching with high star players but if the coaching is relatively equal, the stars carry the day, sometimes really carry the day.

I'm actually glad we're losing divisions and the B1G is loaded and our schedule is getting much tougher. Yeah we'll be on the outside and likely not going to make any noise but I want the program to get better and compete at the highest level and that's the only way to make that happen.

Not with those protected rivalries plus plenty of other bad teams in the big 10. Its not like you'll be given Oregon\Washington\USC every year.
We'll be given some combo of tOSU/Mich/PSU/USC/Oregon/Washington every year. Next year we get tOSU and Wash. In 2025 we get USC, Oregon, and PSU. In 2026 we get Michigan, Washington, and tOSU. 2027 we get Oregon, Michigan, USC.

Honestly have to see how Washington replaces penix, they were really bad without him and awesome with. Could fall back towards the middle

i don't think that really is "much" tougher though. I'd bet it averages out to having one more more difficult game\year.

We shall see. Like CW says to Hassel on the Iowa Everywhere podcasts. Enjoy this season (as ugly as the offense is) because we shall see how much fun it is when there are no more 10-win seasons, but at least we are playing a tougher schedule. As long as Kirk is head coach nothing is changing. So after Kirk maybe, but no change is coming until he’s gone.

I said the B1G has had legit programs for a long time.

They’ve had 3 and not much else until next year.

That’s the point. It doesn’t say much about any of the teams that just happen to be in the conference.

Totally agree the mirage 10-win seasons are gone after this year. Also agree as long as KF is there not much will change. Am hoping with the new west coast travel and more automatic L's on the schedule every year, he'll be motivated to retire.

Well, maybe, until the networks point out our lack of marquee teams. That part of the future likely ain't bright at all.
