Anyone else sitting in the virtual waiting room trying to get tickets like myself right now???

yes, it is very frustrating. I hate knowing that ticket brokerages have a ton of these computers and probably somethign to bypass this.

Same here. I've got two computers going in my office, as well as a few other people trying to get them as well in our office.

does it help to have multiple browsers going? on the cubs.com people are all writing about having multiple browsers

it doesn't help to have multiple browsers... you'll get in eventually. i'm doing the single browser, but over the past 10 yrs, i've done multiple, single, phone, etc... it's all just a wait...
working on one half of my screen with small waiting room window on the other side.
I also have a friend at Wrigley right now hoping to get his number called out (the wrist band thing at the ticket office).
You do what you can.

Back in 2005 during my senior year of high school when I still lived in OH, a buddy and I camped outside the ballpark to get opening day Reds tickets... this was in February. I think it was single digits that night.

Some random guy we didn't know bought us a crave case from White Castle!

The game was awesome though. Joe Randa hit a walk-off homer to win it!
