I love all the Michigan hate. As a kid when we only had 3 channels i always rooted for Ohio St in this game. But seeing the venomous hate towards Harbaugh from the ultimate SEC shill Paul Finebaum. Where cheating was not only invented but perfected. I'm all go Big Blue this year.

Not exactly sure.
Man, I can't imagine being an Oregon St fan today. Lost to hated rival, immediately lose your best coach to MSU. BB loses badly to Pitt Not sure if it can get any worse for them.
You kinda left out the part about the PAC effectively becoming the mountain west.

It's hard to know how good Michigan or Ohio state is.... they don't play anybody until the end of the season.... and that's only because they play each other.

They may not be great teams. I mean Michigan gave up how many points to TCU last year? But, they're still good teams. The rest of the conference is *******.

Smith is an interesting hire for MSU. He's been great at Oregon State but I'm always leary of hiring guys with no experience in the region.

Nothing really against the Big 10, the SEC - different story. I don't watch the Big 10 though due to the problem with college football where you have the haves (Big 10 and SEC), the 2nd tier (Big 12 and ACC) and the have nots (the rest). Not going to reward the Big 10 and SEC by spending my time watching them. If we get back to some semblance of equalization of the rules / revenue, then I will start watching them.

I listened to whine line after Iowa lost to Minnesota, and it seemed like the Oregon State coach was the guy a few of them wanted to replace Kirk. Guess that won't be happening.

I guess you could say that about Michigan but Ohio St is one of the Goliath's of college football. They may have finally missed on a qb prospect but that roster is loaded.

I was listening to college sports radio on Sirius this morning. Bobby Carpenter, who I think is very good, and I can't remember the host. Anyway, they were making their picks today and a third person came on. She picked Indiana and said, "really like Indiana today, getting points at home, I have no idea why Purdue is favored." Um....Indiana is favored and the game is at Purdue. Not sure what she thinks she's doing

I've only watched them play Notre Dame and Rutgers. Wouldn't say they are a Goliath this year. Loser of this game should be left out of the playoffs if there are 4 undefeated teams .
