This **** is getting old
I mean, he wasn't going to play here. Last year, we had pretty much no one outside of Hutchinson and Gaines barely played. This year, the WR group was better, but he still was not in the rotation. Even when the starters were sitting, it was Ngoyi getting snaps, not Gaines. Not to mention, everyone is back next year except for Stanley. Probably smart of the kid to go somewhere that he's going to get some snaps.

I think the release process should go something like this.

Athlete tells the school they're leaving. School grants the release but you can't transfer in conference or any FBS on the schedule in the next 2 years.

School suggests you look elsewhere they can go wherever they want.

RNIL

The initial school gets a % of all future NCAA NIL $ made from said player if playing at another institution.

After all, the initial school helped create the player’s “Brand”

I mean, if we’re gonna ball out, let’s ball out!

Basically a Japanese baseball posting fee.

Did I hear correctly that K-State's QB jumped into the portal? Howard?
That’s good for him. That was going to get weird for everyone down there with the kid they had behind him.

In a sense. Many forms.

If a player wants to leave because of any reason, of course. So be it. Good luck.

But if you leave and make a Dollar from NIL then you owe some of that cash to your initial school.
