Behind you
We talk a lot about our favorite bands, singers, etc on here and it's always centered around musicians or groups that have a healthy catalog. But what is the one-hit-wonder that you rank up there?

Mine would have to be Blur - Song 2.

Great song but I struggle labeling Blur a one hit wonder. I'd think those are bands that have one hit and then disappear and do nothing else. Blur may not have had as huge a radio presence in mainstream America with their other stuff, but they're a pretty acclaimed band that had a lot of hits on the UK charts and a diehard following. JMO.

Very valid. I think I tried listening to whatever CD came out after Song 2 was popular and nothing more.

I remember them being much more of an overseas band - England if I remember correctly. Haven't listened to anything since the 90's, may have to give them a once through.
As a singles-charting band, Blur definitely did better in UK than in the states. Modern rock radio was helpful for "Song 2," that's for sure.

I have a lot over the years...this one is a strong contender for my favorite:

The guy on the left in the picture is Ed King, who went on to Lynyrd Skynyrd and co-wrote Sweet home Alabama and played on their first three albums before leaving the group.
