This kind of frat culture is a little slice of Texas A&M at almost every big university.

First of all. This is ****** up and disgusting.

I'm trying to put a story to what exactly happened.

Theory 1: Farmhouse killed the longhorn and put it on their lawn to show their hate for Texas. Someone from Texas saw it and branded "**** FH" on it

Theory 2: Someone from OSU killed the longhorn and put it somewhere where UT fans would see it. The UT fans took the steer, loaded it up and returned it to the fraternity most people would associate with livestock and sent them a message.

In both cases, the killing of the longhorn and branding would have to be done by two different parties.

Theory 3: Another frat either has beef with Farmhouse or they have some "hate Texas contest" going on between them.

Edit: Apparently someone also branded the steer with “F**k FH”
Since this was found at the farmhouse fraternity, I imagine this was not committed by them. View attachment 120138

From what you can see of the abdominal incision, there isn't any blood around it: if so, the incision occurred after the animal died. Doesn't appear to be any blood on the ground around the body either.

If they drug it behind a vehicle, before or after death, there would be massive areas of abrasions on the side that was down during the dragging. Can't see the other side but there aren't lesions that would correspond with dragging on the side visible in the picture.

My hunch would be they got the carcass from vet med somehow and branded it. At least i hope.
I hope so. If the animal was actually dead prior to prank than it I can maybe be accepted. Here is where it falls off the rails though, they did this to their fellow OSU family during the week before the biggest game of the year against UT.

Here is a scenario that could actually be funny. OSU frat douches come across a dead longhorn. They load it in the back of their Honda Ridgeline and drive the 8 hours overnight to Austin to dump the carcass on their rival frat’s lawn with F$!k UT branded on its side.

From everything I’m seeing from OSU Twitter, theory 3 is the most likely that occurred.

As someone that has spent a ton of time in Stillwater this doesn’t surprise me that this happened there.

I would never send my kids to that school specifically my daughters. Okies are a bit off.

With any luck we will be there by Tuesday.

This seems more like a frat prank to me than anything against Texas. If this was any other animal besides a steer, or if Oklahoma State wasn't in the title game tomorrow, that narrative wouldn't exist.

My guess is someone (another fraternity?) found/had access to this dead calf. They thought it would be funny to brand or stencil it and leave it on the Farm House lawn. The horns don't look quite right to me so they may not belong on this calf. Like a lot of things fraternities do, I don't think this is amusing and those involved should be disciplined if caught.

There, we have our answer. It’s an ongoing frat beef between FH & AGR.

Full text for those who don’t have Twitter.

UPDATE

I’ve had Farmhouse and AGR guys DM me, as well as other numerous sources.

Essentially, there has been a rivalry between AGR and FH for a LONG time, and there have always been harmless pranks.

In the last couple months, both frats began throwing dead animals (squirrels, raccoons, etc.) on each other’s lawn.

The steer was already dead on the land of one of the AGR member’s grandparents land.

*I’m assuming the grandparents asked their grandson to remove of the dead steer and he called his friends to help* which lead to all of this.

Farmhouse is refusing to show police their camera footage to the police, because (as I was told by a current FH bro) “we feel just as guilty for how long this has been going on and don’t want anyone to get in trouble.”

In a black and white sense—
A steer was found dead on the porch of a fraternity w its stomach slashed open and profanity branded on the side of it.

All of this has nothing to do with Texas, and is not the way OSU represents itself. I will keep you updated if any more information comes out.

My first thought is that this steer died of natural causes and the body was later commandeered for various "pranks". Your observations I think support that theory...

Nope that can't be it. Clearly the Big12 orchestrated this to get back at Texas. Those tire tracks lead all the way back to Brett Yormaks penthouse in Brooklyn. FH clearly stands for Freed Texas but the Big12 are such simpletons they can't spell. No I will not elaborate any more

Fascinating story.

I still don't understand what these frat houses had against Fred Hoiberg.
