It just sucks we lost to KU. Or even if KSU couldn't have been the Big 12 rep against Texas in this game. OSU earned it's way in, but Texas is a terrible matchup for the Pokes. Us or KSU would actually have had a chance in this game.

Edit: OSU scores as I type this. They aren't going to be able to stop Texas though.

They probably can’t but texas has had some really bad second half’s where they blow big leads.

Agreed and hope it happens today too. I just don't think Okie State is a good matchup because they don't have a defense and rushing is their bread and butter. Both the complete opposite of what it takes to beat Texas. But we shall see.

Behind you
I messed around with both of those over at my brother in law's house last weekend and they were both really annoying UI's to deal with. I like my DirecTV DVR setup. Having to sit through these commercial breaks is truly mind-numbing. I rarely sit through commercial breaks for sporting events that don't involve ISU where I want to watch live. Tegna did this same thing to us 3 years ago when we were in the B12 CCG. (edited my post, as I do watch ISU events live at times)
It definitely takes getting used to. We had Mediacom cable for 20+ years and were very used to that, so adjusting to Hulu Live TV took some time.

Okie State is going to have to rely on like four turnovers or some fluky stuff because Texas' offense is averaging a first down each play basically. The Pokes have no idea how to defend them.

I mean neither team has a defense, both teams can go down the field whenever they want.

I see where you're coming from defensively. But I think OSU is probably the best suited to be able to play the catchup game with UT, which is probably likely to happen no matter what.

ISU or KSU would have to play perfect and keep a lid on all those playmakers to have a chance. I think Gundy is perfectly happy to trade touchdowns and hope UT's offense makes a mistake. UT's secondary will give you chances every drive and Gundy has been playing this style for most of his tenure.

No I mean from who is best to beat Texas (that isn't OU). Iowa State or KSU would have been a much better chance at not letting the Whorns win on the way out. ISU has a defense and we already saw the problems KSU gave Texas in Austin.

Our D line played out of their minds against Texas. IMO, their best game all season. That’s what kept us in the game. Ok st line and entire defense is getting obliterated and looks slow.

It just kind of sucked how ISU came out so weird vs. KU.

Coming out and flatlining that night was even more mysterious than the Ohio game.

Yeah the problem is Okie State has to score on every possession and they are already behind on that front. Their defense isn't even remotely close to stopping Texas right now. I mean Texas is averaging a first down each play and Okie State is nowhere near these receivers. Again, it's going to take some fluky stuff from Texas to have even a remote chance.

Texas has a great run defense. 4th in the country.

For comparison... Iowa has the 16th best in the country... but they play in a division with absolutely no offense.

YTTV UI is amazing once used to it. You can customize the order of channels and the new feature with multiple games is great
