I have my own model & I do have Cougars going 12-6 actually. Things are really starting to click.

Cool. BYU finishes no better than 10-8.

Iowa State shouldn't feel bad about getting schooled by BYU. Provo is a very difficult place to play and the Cougars are top 10 in net rating. I expect BYU to be a top seed in the tournament this year and its possible we could even win the Big 12.

The Cyclones are a good team and will rebound.

Lol, wow, you guys lost at home to Cincinnati already and were always behind St. Mary's, San Francisco and Gonzaga, but yeah, probably easily win the Big 12 this year.

I used to think there was no chance but after watching Big 12 games so far, I'm pretty confident. Kansas, Houston, and Texas Tech are all overrated. Iowa State's a great team but BYU's style of play is a bad match for the Cyclones and they can't stop Cougars offense and all of our three pointers.

If BYU beats the Raiders tomorrow, the chances go way up we will be in the title game.

I saw a lot of BYU fans calling our student athletes "thugs" which is a thinly veiled racist term. Are you telling them to knock it off too?

There is a reason why I asked if he frequented Cougarboard. There is an air of persecution mixed with clueless insensitivity that permeates that place and why I don't post there ever any more.

I'm not saying that sports boards in general are bastions of enlightened thought and sensitivity, but Cougarboard is "special".

Most of the Cougar fans I've interacted with have been great. But it's also the same fanbase that were lobbing racial slurs at Melvin Ejim in 2013 causing him to flip them off.
