At the cyclone alley gamewatch (typically reserved for only the most dedicated students), there was no atmosphere or excitement. It scares me when even the student body cant get behind their own school and show some passion...

Careful, there are many on here who will tell you that you can no longer be a fan when you mention something like that.

It was semi-alive in the first half. Hard to show a lot of enthusiasm down 25 in the second half.

well i would have been there but im hoped up on meds/codeine so sorry i couldnt have made you happy by showing up. Doesnt mean people arent watching in there dorms. I was very impressed with CA so far showing up for most of the big 12 games, especially the baylor game. Maybe people have things going on, a lot of people are out of town, or some are just to hungover. it is college.

Im not saying that there should be 300 people at a gamewatch. And i am not saying that people arent busy or, in your case, sick. I am simply saying that there was no enthusiasm from the people that were there....I am hoping that the apathy shown is not indicative of how all CA and the student body feels.

College students do tend to have trouble getting to things.

From IcSyU's post reminding/imploring students to get to the game watch, I got the feeling that the word didn't get out real well. Maybe I'm right, maybe not, but that's the feeling I got.

Will someone please tell Brackins to cut his hair!! If you run into on campus, seriously say something. Kanye West looks like a moron and he started that stupid mohawk fad and now Brackins looks like a f&^**) %$ard. I know he has had it for a while but enough is enough

This is funny! You know talented people get away with it a little more than regular joes. You know if CB were a bench warmer, everyone would think this. He's a star, so his haircut doesn't matter as much.

Yeah, I'll get right on that Monday morning in Geology :skeptical:

He's 21 years old, I'm thinking he'll probably do what he wants.

I don't care how much a guy plays, I just don't care much about how anyone wears their hair. It's not a big deal to me, especially with a college kid.

Yes, it was Craig's hairs fault we lost this game, you're the f&^**) %$ard, i'm going to take a guess, and guess you're bald.

I was curious to see what today's stats would look like if we applied the hockey system of +/- points where the only things that is important is how your team does when you are in the game. Here's the breakdown.

Garrett -25
Thompson -12
Brackins -23
Petersen -18
Haluska -10
Staiger -6
Hamilton -3
Vanderbeken -6
Boozer -9
Buckley -6
Lee +7
Mann +7
Eikmeier +7

Then I further refined these numbers by only including players with 10+ minutes in the game with an adjustment for the number of minutes played. The final number is an indication of how bad we would have lost the game if that player had been in the game for the full 40 minutes. The list is from today's worst player to today's best player.

Petersen -46.0
Thompson -43.6
Garrett -40.0
Haluska -30.7
Brackins -25.5
Vanderbeken -16.0
Buckley -11.6
Staiger -9.2
Hamilton -8.0
