I thought they would be in but the talking idiots have been saying all weekend that its a one bid league.
Had no idea they were that high. Like you, I was just listening to the “MVC is a one bid league” narrative.

Yeah I was kinda surprised that the network that broadcasts the valley games would say that. I took that as a bad sign for Indiana State.

Could make a lot of sense.

With not much for quality wins (just the one), the play in would act as a 'prove it' game.
If that's case they got to give Drake better than typical 12 seed don't you think? Assuming 11 seed is for Dayton at larges

Stealing Iowa's spot. Come on, man , we know Frannypants is a play-in game specialist.
Everyone knows Iowa is beating Illinois tonight, which will get them in.

after tonight we could go from only ISU mens in the tournament, to 3 teams from the state in.
I personally would like to see Iowa crash and burn for entertainment purposes, but whatever.

Given their NET and now 4-1 record in Q1 on top of a conference championship in underrated league one would think higher than 12. But who knows - so much nonsense with the committee every year.

I grew up attending Drake Basketball camps in the summer, and my parents had season tickets to Drake games when I was young, when they still played at Vets. So I have a big soft sport for the bulldogs.
