I really struggle with this byu game. I always root for B12 teams, but since they are in our region, I really don’t want to play them again.
And on the same half of the region. I wouldn’t mind seeing BYU lose. But it’s still early. They can quickly get back in the game with a couple 3 pointers

BYU taking so many bad shots right now, They CAN run a beautiful offense, where they run back cuts, get some easy baskets, and take good (wide open 3s) off that offense, but instead they are chucking shots within 5-8 seconds of getting the ball passed half court.

Watching Creighton with a couple of large, lumbering foward/centers. A play I just saw reminded me of why I'm not a fan of the Eurostep. Those big guys who aren't very athletic would be screwed without it. Instead, they can get a defender on their hip which is very difficult to defend and it just looks like an additional step to me.

I'm not knocking Creighton or the specific player. I dislike the sliding pivot foot.

Apparently Tournament Izzo isn't quite past his prime yet?

Don't see them beating UNC though
They aren't what they used to be but Michigan St. has reached a Final 4 and an Elite 8 the past 5 years so, yeah, tournament Izzo is still a thing.

Updated Tidbits

One tidbit that I included:
Tad Boyle wins his 3rd tournament game as the coach of Colorado. The 3rd win ties Bebe Lee and Sox Walseth for the most tournament wins in Colorado history.

Is Big Ten underrated and is Big 12 overrated? Big 12 teams are not doing well in the NCAA tournament and NIT thus far.
