For sure. He is better than Fran. Just meant he is similar in the fact that his teams are not going to be awful but they aren't going to have a high ceiling either. He definitely does it better than Fran.

I get your idea, but Sweet Sixteens and Elite Eights are pretty high as ceilings go. There's only a limited # of teams making it that far.
