Between Kansas getting blown out and CC getting a people’s elbow to the face…it has been a good afternoon.
Was worried about everyone talking about the Big12 being the best league, and not even close.
I get its a tournament and crap happens, but come on...
#6 BYU upset, but at least it was close.

#9 TCU smoked
#4 KU getting beat by nearly 30.

Talk to me when the teams that matter lose (and don't for a second even think about counting KU this year).
How are the 2nd and 3rd best conferences doing?
Pretty much after non-con season nothing matters for conference performance.
Problem with getting 8 teams from a conference into the tourney is that the 4-8 teams are often playing teams in top 3 in the opponent's conference.
Hell, KU got smoked by multiple big 12 teams too. Theyre seeded where they are because of their noncon. Since feb 1 they've been playing like a team outside the top 25 while gonzaga has been playing like a top 10 team

At least now Kansas fans have football to look forward to!
Unless you're outright expecting to win a championship or even make a Final Four, making the second weekend = successful season for most teams.
Not hard when they get easy paths every year from playing in a nothing conference.
