The Twins always play poorly in NY. It's almost a guaranteed sweep in the Bronx every year.

It's looking like that Royce needs to find a way to stay in the lineup for 74 games so that he can break the single season homerun record.

Huge Twins fan here.... but the Twins should save their time and money by skipping any games against the Yankees in NY. Getting swept is pretty much automatic.

Blanked by the Pirates. The Yankees are not the problem. The problem is they are an average team and continually shows it when facing playoff bound teams.

Think the model to win the weak Central and feast on the bottom of that division to get to the playoffs may have run its course with the return of more balanced schedules and reemergence of a few teams. The rest of the Central, less the pathetic White Sox, look to be good to decent teams. Cleveland looks real. KC to for that matter. Things cycle and Cleveland and KC are back and so is Baltimore in the East.
