I mean, giving up multiple big plays to match down the field just so you can use the end zone as a extra defender when you’re backed up is some kind of strategy, I guess

They have had 2 bad plays. Offense has done them no favors.

defense isn't perfect, but they look like they've played at least one game of football before

At least as long as Iowa doesn't go off tackle.

I can excuse the offense struggling to an extent. Iowa has a FANTASTIC defense. You can't have the terrible presnap penalties repeatedly though. Becht's pick was also really poor.

That Iowa offense is still ******* terrible though. We've been great in the red zone and terrible everywhere else.
