that is a good way to explain the heat today. I wear a heart rate monitor on my watch 24/7 and my resting heart rate is usually around 42 bpm. during the hottest part of the day today it was at 110-115 bpm. That is my workout rate for the first 3 quarters. never has it affected me that way in the past.
