I think the basketball uniforms look great, but I also think the excessive amount of red that tamin is wearing might make them look worse to some people
I've had some time to compose my thoughts about the new gold BB uniforms.
I like the concept but don't like the execution.
I like the "Cyclones" script. Definitely an upgrade from the oversized "I-STATE" logo, which I've never liked much. Why switch to an 80s "Cyclones" script but ditch the 80s side logos at the same time?
The generic red piping is definitely a downgrade from something uniquely ISU like that.
The mismatch between the number font (a block "3") and the curvy/swirly "Cyclones" already annoys me. I can tolerate a lot of different design choices but inconsistent ones make my blood boil.
Some good ideas, but I don't think the design elements hold together well.

These are a 1 off jersey. The side/piping will still exist as part do the normal set. They may even keep the existing gold in the rotation.
Having block numbers is very common on script jerseys. It’s not a mismatch; it was done on purpose. It looks great. Enjoy it

it's small. also i think part of it is because the accent color around the outside of it is the same color as the uniform so it looks even smaller. but it's definitely just smaller. intern probably ordered the wrong size or its a design choice
