NL CENTRAL CHAMPS 3 out of the last 4 years!!! So, who honestly, on your bingo card, had our Crew not only winning the Central, but being the first major league team to clinch a playoff berth? I didn't - but it feels AMAZING!! Now, the goal is to make some noise this year - especially after such a disappointing end in the playoffs a year ago! Also, I don't know a single MLB Manager that deserves manager of the year over Pat! With all the adversity Milwaukee has experienced (in addition to their annual handicap of lacking $$$ to buy superstars), how can he not be a shoo-in for getting these youngsters and hodge-podge pitching staff to play winning baseball?!

My wife has already said we're eating the same dinner tonight. My only issue is last night I didn't have a beer during the game so I probably won't be able to tonight either

Yeah, I'm still struggling with it. Teams lose games, sure, but that was an epic choke.

Such a disappointing end to a great season. I know many teams can say this, but imagine what could have been accomplished with fewer major injuries this year.

/sigh

Onto next year..

That was rough, I’m not a Milwaukee fan, not really much of a baseball fan, but I was skipping through channels and stopped just in time to see the Brewers two home runs. At that point I was locked in. By the end of that game, I felt like my favorite team lost. That was hard to watch.

Some seen to think so. He told the players he'll see them next season.
Yeah, I hope so. The man is 90 years old, so I'd understand if he doesn't. But hopeful that he does.
That interview with Yelich talking about him after the game was sad. You can tell he/the team really cares about him.

One of the best to ever do it.
