The man, the myth, the legend Roger Sprague blessed us with his presence back in 2007, the week we played Missouri, to tell us his Tigers were Tuff as Rain. Then he was gone. It ranks right up there with the sightings of the Virgin Mary in Fatima, Portugal and Lourdes France. You just had to be there to truly experience his presence.

5. Time of Possession - I think we can dominate the time of possession stat. The more we can shorten the game and keep our offense off the field, the better chance we have to win the game.

That sounds like Iowa's key to success as well.

2. Offensive line - We average a wait of 332 across the line, they are ready to dominate the line of scrimmage. Rodger Rogergarten, Gaard, Center, Ossai, Guard, Azzparti, Cleeland, etc. These boys have the attitude and are ready to rumble!.

3. Belecheck (Son of Bill!) - New defensive scheme and a new attitude. Every player has spoke out about the difference between Kalen Deboer and Steve, we will see a much improved defense on the day of the game.

4. Speed, Speed, Speed - This is the fastest our team has been in a LONG time. Jiles Gackson, Denzel Boshington, Jerry Coleman, Ossai, Latu, Bachellia, etc. The newbies will be experienced but will bring something that we haven't had in past seasons, which is SPEED.

5. Time of Possession - I think we can dominate the time of possession stat. The more we can shorten the game and keep our offense off the field, the better chance we have to win the game.

I think my DAWGS win rather easily... say, 34-17?

Understandable rookie mistake. After you have been in the Big 10 a couple years, you'll never make it again, though. Those Iowa fans distinguish themselves almost immediately... mostly due to their lofty opinions, extreme confidence, general ignorance, and of course, tiny genitals.

Thank you for clearing this up for me for real. I was thinking wvu fan by thread title but didn’t understand what team they are actually trying to talk about until now. Also lucky to be playing Iowa and not Iowa state or they’d lose 34-17
