Geez, checked in on the Okie State/Green Bay game. New coach Doug Gottleib has sweated completely through his shirt. Impressive.
I'm sure he wants that win BADLY. Hell he pretty much begged for the OSU job I think their last 2 openings there.

The Devries era at WVU starts out with a win. Took a 21-0 lead and never looked back. 3's rained down from everywhere--so refreshing to watch after huggie ball.

WVU has a few players. should be much improved over last year's disaster.

Tucker Devries and Javon Small would start for most big 12 teams.

I think you have found a good coach. May take a little time for him to get a footing for recruiting and such, and get up to speed with the level we play in the Big 12.

Damn Baylor Gonzaga why you gotta start so late?
That was a game that I would have 100% watched if it wasn't that late. As it turned out, glad I didn't stay up. It felt like a lot of Baylor's ranking was respect for their body of work over the last few years. They're very talented, but they have a lot of key losses.

Dang, Baylor losing by 40 wasn't on my card. They follow up with playing Arkansas which I think is Top 10 good. Woof.

UCF looked good.
Texas....lol

Looking forward to UNC - KU and Auburn - Houston this weekend.
really like this time of year!

Media/fans: "Start of college bball sucks, no one plays anyone, these games are terrible."

Scott Drew: takes his team of transfers/freshman into a frenzied crowd on the road against a loaded and experienced Zags team and gets drilled by 40.

Media/fans: "Wow, Baylor isn't as good as I thought they were, they have holes to fill, this wasn't a good look"

I will give him credit for throwing them into the fire. Those teams typically grow up pretty fast and are a tough out in march. Izzo historically does this to his teams.

the difference is losing by 40. We will see how they come back against Auburn.

They are basically getting 2 Elite 8 games back to back to start the season.
