What is the point of a sports station that doesn't have any local coverage?
This morning he was in South Carolina in a hotel lobby doing the show while Justin was producing in DSM.
I have no idea how that's going to work now.
It’s not like it changes even if he’s home. I think he’s gone. Without a guy in the studio, what can you do. Plus, him by himself for 2 hours? No thanks.
Yah why would he even want to continue?
May there's some reason they can't fire him, so they are just completely gutting the show to force him to quit
1. I-heart is either knowingly or unknowingly killing local sports radio and it won't come back.
2. Iowa Everywhere has and will fill the void just fine. I'll miss live callers some of the time though.

I know Justin also worked for KASI. What the hell is that station going to even have. He did the play by play for Ames sports. Are they going to have a HS kid do it now?
And why didn't they just fire Justin when they fired Ross? Clearly people making decisions that view these people as line-items.
Yes. For a time they were airing the same morning show as WMT in Cedar Rapids and WOC in Davenport.
Could be but until we hear officially Travis got fired then maybe is he talking about Justin Miller? Maybe Ross thinks Justin was going behind his back trying to get his on-air gig? Or it could be someone not on air that is a management type that got fired today as well.
