Cleveland showed me a lot tonight. I know it's a loss but they played outstanding with how hot the Celtics were.
Celtics will get Kristaps back at some point this year but it seems like a lot of their scheme on both ends of the floor still depends on Horford’s versatility at the five.

Cavs showed they can compete. I didn’t think Bickerstaff was a bad coach but seems like it was a good move to change coaches. Cavs have several guys shooting well above their average from three but they should have enough wins already to land a decent seed even if they regress to the mean.

Fun game, Boston at 54% from 3 is tough to beat and they had a shot. I thought Niang had a nice game, tough matchup for him to guard Tatum at the end.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen Niang have a good game against the Celtics. That was about his best one.

Hali really needs to start producing or that contract is going to look really awful, unfortunately

Crazy LeBron has 5 triple doubles in his 14 games at age 40.

I've always argued he just wasn't as clutch in his prime as MJ so hard for me to give him the "GOAT" status (there's a lot of statistical data there for particular finals etc), but he's very easily the best player ever at his age the past 3-4 years.

He could make a complete joke of the record books if he decided he wanted to play another 4-5 years as a super charged role player. He doesn't even seem injury prone at this stage. He's already got #1 points. He could very easily get 2nd in assists with a few more years, but not first. He'll get close to #1 games played THIS YEAR. Could get into 2-4 range on steals. He's in 8th for rebounds but if he played a few more seasons even 1st isn't totally out of range.

I've cheered for him without restraint because he's a Cyclone...but were he anybody else I'd have been worried about injuries from day one. I'd have viewed him with incredible potential as a draft pick (I thought so on day one at ISU) but an injury question missing most of his sophomore year and being so thin.

LaMelo Ball has some similarities too in he can be electric but I just feel like more injury problems are coming. He has been scoring it this year, he's not as efficient as Tyrese at his best but he also rebounds great for his position.

I am not a Laker or LeBron hater at all...but I do enjoy laughing at how they run their organization! LeBron absolves the coaching staff from any responsibility for this slump...of course, he picked this coaching staff! Picked a guy who wasn't even in coaching! And a week or two into the season people were raving at how great the Lakers were and were going to be!
