Under no circumstances do we do this when you are down 4. So we go down at the one and then have a false start, a hold or fumbled snap on the next play. No way do you do this.
Any team this is true...but ESPECIALLY isu with the amount of false starts they've had on the 1 this year. This isn't video game football.

He was 90 something and 20 in home games as Utah HC, he wins games.
Yeah , seen enough crazy **** in previous years PAC late night from the Utes defense and special teams. Between BYU and us maybe he’s lost the magic touch

This is the same ******** as when people hated TJ's first team that made the tourney.

I figured ISU was cooked tonight just on history alone but they pulled it off and it's a great thing; complaining about winning and getting this many wins, no matter the schedule is weird.

For decades one excuse for ISU's bad program was the schedule and now they get a light schedule and win the games and people don't like it?

It’s not even that easy, it’s just “normal” after having elite SOS almost every year for 14 years.

kinda sad that this is by far the best regular season ISU has had in like a century and you're "down on this team". yeah, it's been rough, and this game was ass... but a W is a W. the vast majority of ISU teams from years past don't find a way to win this game (including this very team just a couple of weeks ago).
Happy for our record. We will have mor of these. Program is in the best spot in its history and our conference is much easier now.

Disappointed at the lack of development on the offensive side of the ball. Even with all the injuries the defense has held their own. If the offense could play to their abilities then this could be a championship type of season, which I know still on the table, but we are not playing at that level currently.

And it’s not that winning a title is a must. I’m ok with losing if we played our best, but someone was just better than us. However, right now we are trending to losing the opportunity because we are not playing to our capabilities.

Not gonna lay, but I’m pretty down on this team. 9-2 is a great season, but we have not played good football (looking at you offense). Would be amazing to get to 10 wins and a chance to win a championship, but I have a hard time seeing this team beating Kstate. The wildcats are not world beaters, but they are better than Texas Tech for example. If we were playing Tech tonight we would have lost to them again.

I think it's funny posters on here both ate attacking
1) letting it go to the 2 minute warning before a hike
And
2) giving them too much time

These 2 don't got together lmao.

Personally when I say 'too much time' I'm thinking of the defense's prior possession and how leaky they've been late in games recently.

General rule though yeah, if you can score, you score and revert the focus after that.

Nice false equivalency. Complaining about an awful game is not the same as complaining about the overall record.
You've not read many posts on this game thread, have you? Literally 2 pays in last page and a half complaining about 9-2

There are a lot of similarities with KW and Ferentz to be honest. Biggest difference is Big Ten big boys have been more consistently elite than Pac.

Yep. I was worried about it... but there is a BIG difference between worrying about it and coming on a board and criticizing the clock management at the end of the game.

It’s about playing to your potential or not. Right now we are about to lose a once in a lifetime opportunity for not playing to our potential. Or at least trending that way.. really hope I am wrong and everything starts clicking next week for this team.
