Down doesn't mean there won't be quad 1 wins. The league is still going to be tough as hell.
Didn’t say there won’t be, but probably fewer opportunities than last year. Still glad we have a head start over last year in the non conference.

Think there were some ghosts from the Auburn game lingering.

But I question if some people are cut out to be basketball fans if they can't handle the other team making a run.

Yeah it's a game of runs....I guess we are becoming victims of our own success.

Considering our strength of schedule and fact our only loss was at the buzzer to #2, we could be ranked #1.
Yeah it really depends how these other games finish, but I dont see ISU being lower than 3 next week. Which would be our highest ever rank I believe.

If I had a vote and all those take losses I would put ISU at #1, but I think Tenn will be #1 with us at #2.

Which is crazy and awesome!

Did Marquette even get into the bonus? When's the last time that happened with one of TJs teams?
Yes, but there was a lot of confusion about whether there was 6 or 7 fouls.

this is quickly turning into one of the best ISU teams i've seen.

I was too young to really appreciate the 2000 team even though I watched them. I think this is looking like it might be the best team since then at this point.

Long season of course, and plenty to improve on, and I'm sure they will

I think we were at #2 for a while in 2000? but still, rarified air and not at our peak yet.

Just stopping by to eat a bit of crow. I wasn’t necessarily “down” on him, but I hadn’t seen much of anything to date to justify Heise getting the minutes he had been getting.

Heise was awesome tonight. He was by far the best to guard Kam Jones all night and made some really good plays offensively too.

If this is how Heise can play somewhat consistently, I’m all in.

They took until February to even get ranked and then peaked at like 6 entering the tourney.

Voters must have just really hated that Drake loss.
