What's the friday night/pregame rally situation? The AD doing any sort of rally or we just meeting at Texas Live and dranking?
There’s a CF tailgate at 4pm at Texas Live. My ticket mentions a Big 12 rally at Texas Live “Friday Night” but haven’t gotten any details. I imagine lots of folks will be there from both fanbases cheering on UNLV tomorrow night

Tickets are dropping out of the sky today compared to earlier in the week on the Seatgeek app. I wish I would have waited. If you still are looking, you are in luck.
My advice whenever buying tickets to ANYTHING is don’t look at prices once you’ve bought. You’re only setting yourself up for heartburn
I noticed the same. A birdy told me there is still a lot of tickets left to "dump" and tonight into tomorrow morning may be a good time to buy. As with the KC game....HOLD!!!!

Events like this have an outer perimeter with ticket scanning so you'll be "in" but not inside the venue.
What are the top restaurant recommendations for some good ole Texas BBQ around the stadium? I want no part of any chain, looking for a solid "hole in the wall" that is really good or similar establishment.
Usually they’ll give you a wristband or something to go in and out especially since a lot of these folks will be going to the game

Lockhart has a location in Texas Live. That was one of my favorites when I lived in Dallas but haven’t heard the best of things about the Texas Live location which is unfortunate.
Also Texas BBQ places are a bit pricier compared to your Hickory Park counterparts. Also you order and pay by the 1/4,1/2, or pound. So come hungry
I haven't eaten at Hickory Park in probably 5 years. I want REAL Texas meat in my mouth.
