Just finished Cobra Kai

And Part 3 of the last season comes out early next year.

And I've really enjoyed the show, but it's a good thing it's coming to an end. It's bordering on absurd at this point.

Watched the first episode of Dune Prophecy, and it was good. Production values are very high, the acting is good, and of course the whole Dune universe is a good place for storytelling. Will definitely be keeping up with it.

Also saw "Watchmen: Chapter One" which is basically an animated retelling of the graphic novel. They're sticking pretty close to the source material, which means that there aren't many surprises, but it's a great story nonetheless. The voice acting and animation is well done. Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan, or if you've only seen the Zach Snyder movie.

Testifying
Finishing up Outsiders. Interesting premise but didn't execute the way it could have.

They drove ATVs everywhere, had TONS of firearms, they had all these firearms but no one wore eye glasses for any reason, it never appeared to rain.
Just so many ironic thoughts.

I agree about the show becoming absurd. I don’t love the season coming out in parts, I would much rather prefer everything comes out at once.

Two episodes into Landman. Pretty decent so far, maybe not as good as I had hoped. The relationship between Billy Bob and his ex-wife seems forced and weird. Also, not sure of any other way to describe it, but there's a creepy level of sexualization of his 17 year old daughter.

I haven't watched episode two yet, but agree that in episode one it was definitely overboard with the daughter. She is also in 1923 if anyone has seen season one of that show.

Hundreds of Beavers is on Prime Video now, I see.

A good one to watch with the family on Thanksgiving. It's silly and weird and just really funny. A good one for kids and adults

Just finished Watership Down (2018 animated version on Netflix). No idea how I missed this one, as the book is easily one of my favorite books that I’ve ever read.

Hard to live up to all that, but it does a reasonable job of it. If you haven’t or aren’t inclined to read the book, it’s a good introduction to an epic story.

Is this Outlander show i keep seeing advertised any good? The historical aspect looks interesting.

Haha, if you didn’t know it’s a historical drama/romance book series that’s been adapted. I’ve honestly not watched it but apparently it’s pretty steamy.

Have recorded and am part way through Black Doves, Yellowstone, and with my wife The Lincoln Lawyer; Recently finished watching with her Man on the Inside, Only Murders In the Building and The Diplomat. Have recorded to watch: The Agency, The Penguin, Blackthorn, Landman, A Gentleman in Moscow among others…

Usually just lurking CycloneFanatic, watching Cyclone football and men’s basketball, or if traveling or not on TV, listening to John and Eric and Ryan.

I’m on season 6 of lost and just wanting it to be done. First couple seasons were good. Now it’s just a cluster since they went back to the island. I am sticking around though to see how they wrap it up
