These are non-profits. Why do they need to be funded at such a high level compared to 15 years ago?

More aptly, they are flaming the arms race spending. So if you’re one of the schools they’re funding at the highest level, it’s a good thing…in the short run

Until revenue disparities widen in an uncapped spending environment that results in things like culling of sports, and schools
Then I hate to see what happens to our media deal if the viewership shrivels up in the next 5-6 years.

Had the Sagarin football ratings pulled up on an old iPhone tab.

Noticed Kansas State is rated above Iowa State.

Seems off, but what do I know?

My predictions:

Texas
Ohio St.

Penn St.
Notre Dame

I think Ohio St will win. Every analyst thinks Ohio St will win. This makes me nervous enough to hedge my bets (literally)

I think ND wins but it's very interesting the line moved 3 points towards PSU

They should I just think Day has one more monumental choke job left in him for this season and I'm still not a fan of Howard if the game is close, he folds.

Wasn’t there a change in how viewership was counted between this year and last? I thought sometime last summer there was a large increase in viewership as a result. So is this really a good year to year comparison?
Was there? I know Nielsen changed their methodology, but that's been four or five years ago.

Regardless, it's a lot of viewers. Shows that there's still a massive appetite for college football bowls.
