That was a massive defensive effort by the hawks. Held Wisconsin 42 points less than last time.
KCRG: 'The start of something big in Iowa City.

Tied for 16th in the big ten.13-10 4-8. Yikes

I said weeks ago there was a better than decent chance they could lose ten straight. They luckily beat Penn State. Still think they’re in the midst of losing 9 of 10.13-10 4-8. Yikes
They are now in position to miss the BTT without any bright spots left on the schedule.
* sorry, forgot they still get UW at home. We’ll see if they completely shut it down by then though.
Is Williams still going to tell Hassel next week that he still thinks Iowa is a tournament team?
Yeah, they are playing really well right not. The loss at home was not completely a fluke. They are making KU look slow and lost. Maybe the hottest team in the b12 right now?If KSU keeps this up, it might be the greatest midseason turnaround I’ve ever seen in college basketball
Easily. Arizona would have an argument.Yeah, they are playing really well right not. The loss at home was not a completely a fluke. They are making KU look slow and lost. Maybe the hottest team in the b12 right now?
It’s probably better for us if they win, but the Tang hate is strongly justifiedIf KSU keeps this up, it might be the greatest midseason turnaround I’ve ever seen in college basketball
Forgot about them. K State, Arizona, and Tech.Tech?
Yeah I am pumped for that one.Forgot about them. K State, Arizona, and Tech.
Can’t wait for that Tech/Arizona game tonight.
Don’t tell that to someone like awd4cy who can’t fathom anyone saying they’re playing good and if they win this and their next game vs Zona they they’ll be a bubble team. I hate ksu and they’d only be 13-11 with wins over ku and az but they’d have beaten at least four ranked teams on this streak and would be above .500 on the league. Should they be a bubble team with these two possible wins? Not sure but guaranteed many experts would list them on the bubble but probably one of the last four or eight out.Yeah, they are playing really well right not. If they win these two I think they’d maybe lose one more in the regular season. That would mean they’re like 18-12 or so. Plus well above .500 in the league. Not only would they be in they’d be solidly in. Their remaining schedule after today and vs AZ is very very winnable. It isn’t like the bubble is going to be that strong this year. I could see the committee rewarding a team turning it around and downplaying the start if they can keep this up.
You hate to see it.They are now in position to miss the BTT without any bright spots left on the schedule.

I’ll mute. Glad he’s doing better health wise but I have never been able to stand his voiceDickie V back on the call tonight!
