I never seen a coach so miserable winning a game against Duke than Clemson coach Brad Brownell...mad at his players in the huddle in the closing seconds...mad at his coaches...mad at the fans for court storming...geesh man, enjoy your win.

That arena (Alabama @ Arkansas) sounds about as loud as a cemetery.

He's probably still upset that we got a 2 seed last year.

Auburn and Duke both go down. All teams can be beat on any given day. Will be interesting to see how the rankings are next week. I still think Auburn and Duke are probably a tad better than the likes of Alabama (#3) and Tennessee (#4) and Houston (#5). If Alabama loses to Arkansas will the Vols go to #1? They shouldn't IMO. Crazy that 4 SEC teams will be in the top 6 more than likely.

My Top Ten as of today:

1-Auburn
2-Houston
3-Duke
4-Florida
5-Alabama
6-Tennessee
7-Iowa State
8-Texas Tech
9-Purdue
10-St. John's

Florida would give you guys major issues. So would Houston, Auburn, and Duke.

Your schedule looks like the easiest so far in the Big 10 and the most difficult remaining so we'll know alot more about Michigan St in a month. If they survive the next 4 weeks and are still in contention for the Big 10 title then I'll believe you can compete with some of the elite teams.
Oh I know sparty can compete, Michigan is also going to give people a lot of problems.

Auburn is just the only team I would pencil in as an auto loss no matter what.

I still don’t understand why some people love Vitale

I don’t love Vitale as a broadcaster. But with what all he does off the court I just can’t hate on him. He’s used his position for good in the fight against cancer. I’d like him to retire, but I’m not going to jump all over him for taking advantage of ESPN giving him the opportunity.

Watching games on ESPN a couple of complaints

1. Why do ESPN games take so long? Seems like every game ended late and there’s 10 minutes left in the first half when they go to the next one. Games sometimes go long on Fox or FS1, but no where near as much as with ESPN. Are the commercials longer, or are those set by the rules?

2. Of the 40 minutes of action, they spend at least 15 minutes of that talking about another game or teams that aren’t on the floor. Just call the game. This isn’t your podcast to tell stories.

3. ESPN+ can just go away. Way too hard to flip to other games during breaks.

I'm in the "losses should matter" camp, so I'd like to see a new #1 this week even if Alabama/Tennessee/Houston clearly aren't better than Auburn.

On the length issue, I swear the timeouts are longer this year. When I went to the ASU game it was noticeable how long you were sitting around waiting for the broadcast to come back.

I'm not sure it needs to go away as much as needs to be more user friendly.

I feel like there's more 'would be shocking if they lost in the first round of March Madness' level teams this season than the last few.
