With Utah getting up to #22 NET and UNI getting up to #79 NET, we're now at 0-8 Quad 1, 3-1 Quad 2, 6-0 Quad 3, 9-0 Quad 4. The UNI loss had been Q3 and the Utah loss Q2, but they've each gone up a level.

Not that the committee looks at these numbers outside of all context, but I'm sure it helps a little.

Another item in our favor: 7 of our 8 Q1 losses are in the upper tier of Q1 (Utah the only exception) per Warren Nolan (1-10 for home games, 1-20 for neutral, 1-30 for away).

Utah going up to Q1 probably won't change a lot but I'd much rather that UNI loss be Q2 than Q3.

Im trying to get an idea how healthy the team actually is for the final stretch of the season. Hare is out- old news. I don't think Emily has been 100% all season, we did see her run to the locker room in the second half but came back into the game. AJ did not play tonight and was in a boot. Audi has had her knee wrapped pretty heavily the last few games. Addy seemed to twist an ankle and be in a lot of pain, she went to the locker room but came back into the game. We also saw Wilson start the game and then not play at all in the second half, I don't know why. Is this going to be an issue for us come March?

Appears that ISU will be either #6 or #7 in KC...more likely #7.

CU, AZ, and Cincy are angling for the last 1st-round bye.

The seven seed plays the winner of the 10-15 matchup so if the season ended today we would play the winner of Cincinnati vs UCF

After watching BU, I think they win the league but man do they end with two hard games.

It's going to be tough versus KSU and TCU without Littlepage-Buggs. Think they are hoping her knee isn't season ending but not hearing anyone say they think she'll be back for conference or even Big 12 tourney.

Wish her the best. She’s fun to watch.

If you apply the tiebreakers as they stand at the moment (which isn't done in those standings), then it's:

10 Cincinnati vs 15 Texas Tech
winner vs 7 Iowa State
winner vs 2 Baylor

I think Baylor Beats TCU. Although I have not heard about Fountalroy? Injury from last night.

Well, they did it. they went the whole conference season without and inexplicable loss which is an improvement from last year. If they didn't lose to UNI they would have gone the whole season without a loss to a "lesser" team. Now we just need to combine the swagger of last years team to strike up with the more dependable victories vs teams they should beat. Then we'd have a pretty good season brewing.

Go ahead and put Thursday, March 6 - 5:30 p.m. on your calendar.

ISU as the 7 seed, facing either Cincinnati or one of the 3-win teams.
