39 inch vertical with a 4.47 40 should get Higgins a 2nd round grade. Hope Noel can put up some good numbers now.

The 49ers need a speed guy, either Higgins or Noel would be great in SF.

SF has a number of possession receivers but no good YAC guys. Deebo is washed and they need someone.
