How much rest? I'm not sure if they've checked the calendar, but this season could be over 12 days from now and playing only 3 more games.
You people are so innocent. I have no idea if it 100% related to the game today, but people just don’t randomly quote lyrics without feeling a connection to what they say.
I’ve been getting bashed for saying Gilbert is a head case and causing issues internally, sure these might be song lyrics but he hasn’t tweeted anything for weeks then tweets this right before a game. Anyways don’t need Gilbert to win today. Don’t think he adds a ton the last 1.5 months anyways except tons of turnovers and little court tantrums
Yes and no. It wasn't a smart tweet by him, if he actually wants to play another game for the Cyclones.

I'm not worried about dropping below a 4. It's all the same at that point, we'll have to face Auburn or Duke if we even make the Sweet 16.
The real problem is falling from a 3 to a 4.
You're completely right, getting swept by a team under .500 will certainly do wonders for our resume. I'm sure the committee will take into account also guys missing random games.
